Un nostro cliente si è trovato di fronte al problema che i propri server situati nei loro negozi di venditá si spegnevano per temperature troppo elevate a causa di malfunzionamento dei climatizzatori installati nell’edifico. Non potendo risolvere il problema del climatizzatore si é scelto di far chiamare NetEye a casa del custode sul telefono in caso di temperature elevate rilevate tramite il sensore temperature.
A NetEye è stato collegato un secondo GSM Modem il quale effettua le chiamate a casa del custode segnalandoli la temperatura elevate. Un secondo GSM Modem è necessario per evitare il rischio che degli alert via SMS non vengano spediti da NetEye durante la chiamata al telefono.
