NetEye also at this year´s CeBIT

The new year is only a few days old and we are already planning and organizing how to increase the successful and positive results obtained by NetEye in 2013. As many of you might already know in the following months we will release a new NetEye version including among others a new grafical interface, a redesigned Real User Experience dashboard or extended event handler features. A highlight in 2014 will without doubt be also represented by our IT Service Management strategy. With the launch of the new OTRS based offering “EriZone”, we are going to create the prerequisites to substantially strenghten our position in this area. The first important appointment for the presentation of EriZone (and obviously all new features of the NetEye 2014 release) will be our presence at the CeBIT from the 10th to the 14th of March 2014.

Business demands defining the IT strategy

The spirit of our product strategy  – both NetEye and EriZone – is in fact in line with the trends of this year’s edition, that is especially focusing on the IT business needs for the companies. How these are organized through a service-oriented IT, reflects exactly the concept of EriZone. Service processes will be for example structured in a ITIL compliant system, helping the support teams to reach a more effective internal and external communication. All major processes of Incident and Problem Management, Service Level Management, Change and Aceess Management, Configuration Management and CMDB or Event Management will be thereby supported.
