New version of EriZone (3.1.9) is now available for the download:
Feature Lists
EriZone DataWarehouse:
- Eri_TicketAggregatedTime:
- New parameter to include also child tickets in the calculation
- New Columns: MinBeforeFirstSplit, IsChild, ParentTicketID (first parent),ParentTicketNumber (first parent)
- Eri_TicketAggregatedTimeonline:
- Same parameters as Eri_TicketAggregatedTime
- It extracts similar information as Eri_ TicketAggregatedTime for ticket with states: new, open,pending reminder and pending auto.
Bug Fixes
- Mandatory configuration of Type field in Access Management administration task
- Last month as default parameter on all the graphic Dashlets
Before Upgrade:
Before the upgrade check that the SysConfig parameter Package::RepositoryList contains the following configuration only:
Key -> http://repo.wuerth-phoenix.com/erizone/erizone-3.1/packages/
Content -> erizone-3.1 packages
Upgrading Procedure
The upgrading procedure must be made STRICTLY with the following sequence (by clicking the items listed in the ACTION column)
Mandatory:
- EriZone
- EriZoneCore
- EriZoneServiceDeskEnhancement
- EriZoneAccessManagement
Optional:
- EriZoneInterfaces [for CMDB population: GLPI and OCS interfaces available]
- ITSM-CIattributeCollection
- EriZoneNetEyeIntegration [if a NetEye is installed and available]
- EriZoneDeveloper [Do not install!]
Please follow these rules during the upgrade/install procedure:
- Contact our support team if you do not feel comfortable on any operation net.support@wuerth-phoenix.com or https://erizone.wuerth-phoenix.com
- The packages must be installed in sequence and individually
- The system may take longer or shorter times for each action / package so please be patient
- Action buttons must be clicked only once for the success of the operations
