Role Description Login
Simple user
As customer, you are able to create tickets via the EriZone web frontend and to look at the history of previously created tickets. Moreover, you have access to FAQs and the implemented search function. Test now!
Besides accessing the standard customer functionalities, as manager you can execute authorizations directly from the EriZone webfrontend. Test now!
As executive you have access to special services which are reserved to the top management, as for example „request new smartphone“. Test now!
Service Desk
As Service Desk Agent, you are able to see all incoming tickets, which have to be classified and analyzed in order to provide a solution to your customer. Test now!
Service Manager
As Service Manager, you have full permissions to supervise and control the entire Service & Support organization and hence, full view on all tickets. Test now!
2nd Level Expert
As 2nd Level Agent, you are a member of the Service & Support organization. Your responsibility is a specific group, topic or service. Incoming incidents have to be classified and analyzed to provide a solution to the customer. Test now!

The online demo environment will be reset every day at 8 AM and 10 PM (CET) to ensure a smooth operation.
