Fix MariaDB restarts after mariadb-server-galera version 10.11.15
We have resolved an issue that caused MariaDB to fail during restart operations after Red Hat repositories published mariadb-server-galera version 10.11.15.
The issue could occur in the following cases:
Neteye Clusters: after machine reboots
NetEye Single Nodes: during NetEye updates, manual MariaDB restarts, and machine reboots
