Bug Fixes for NetEye 4.50

GLPI: Fix of the upgrade to NetEye 4.50 when custom GLPI plugins are installed

During the upgrade to NetEye 4.50, NetEye moves the GLPI plugins that you installed manually out of the folder /usr/share/glpi/plugins. Before this fix, NetEye did not correctly identify which plugins were installed manually. On NetEye clusters with manually installed plugins, the upgrade could stop with an error similar to this:

mv: cannot move '/usr/share/glpi/plugins/my-plugin' to '/root/glpi_plugins_backup/my-plugin': File exists

Now the upgrade procedure correctly moves only the manually installed plugins, and the upgrade continues correctly.

This fix also solves a second problem. When the GLPI language was not English, the update of the GLPI plugins could stop. Now NetEye always uses English when it installs the GLPI plugins again during the update.

List of updated packages

To solve the issue mentioned above, the following packages have been updated:

  • glpi, glpi-autosetup, glpi-configurator and glpi-neteye-config to version 11.0.11_neteye1.25.4-1
