Here’s the list of the most important features that you will find in Jira:
Emails: you can see & send emails from within Jira. The conversation will be saved in Jira.
Microsoft Teams: start a conversation right in your Jira issue. You can select a channel or start a chat. The conversation will be saved in Jira. Team members without access to Jira can still join the conversation in MS Teams.
Schedule meetings with your team from Jira
Outlook calendars: you can add a configurable calendar to display Outlook and Jira events in Jira projects
