With the release of NetEye 4.45, we’re excited to present a fresh and improved monitoring experience through the integration of the IcingaDB Web interface. This update brings a modern, faster, and more intuitive way to explore and interact with your monitoring data.
We know that changes to familiar tools can take a moment to get used to. That’s completely normal. The new layout introduces improved logic, clearer processes, and a more consistent structure—but it may feel different at first.
Our goal is to bring you an interface that not only looks better but helps you work better. After a short adjustment period, we’re confident you’ll find the new design more aligned with your needs today and adaptable for what you’ll need tomorrow.
If you have any questions or need help getting oriented with the new interface, our support team is always available to assist you.
For users who want a detailed look at what has changed, here’s a breakdown of the key updates:
• More flexible and readable list views
In the host and service lists, you can now choose your preferred level of detail using the view switcher — from compact overviews to fully detailed views, depending on your needs.

• Improved search and filtering capabilities
The search bar provides contextual autocomplete and full keyboard control. This allows you to perform simple searches or build complex filters quickly and easily.

• More intuitive actions (modals and bulk operations)
Actions requiring input — such as acknowledgements, scheduling downtimes, etc. — now appear in modal dialogs, allowing you to stay on the same page. Bulk operations are also supported, enabling actions on multiple objects at once (e.g., applying a downtime to several hosts/services).

• New check statistics display
The updated check statistics view provides a concise yet insightful overview of check behavior, presenting key information in a more intuitive and visually smart layout.

We encourage you to explore the new interface and experience its improved workflows and features firsthand. If you have any questions or need assistance while getting familiar with it, our support team is always ready to help.
