At the convention for the Open Source world of the central Italy, Andrea Lernia in collaboration with Alessio Cuppari, ICT Services and User Assistance Manager at DigiCamere, will present the Open Source IT Service Management as a strategic asset to improve the IT efficiency.
As active supporters of the community believing that the Open Source is a strategic lever to contribute to the country’s growth and sustainable innovation, we will offer a keynote on the potentiality of an Open Source Service Management strategy in collaboration with DigiCamere (Lombard Chamber of Commerce) who will provide their case study as an interesting example of collaboration between Public Administration and Open Source.
