Fix error message, adding a more explicit one, for report associated with a Contract with a SLA Type defined with an empty Operational Time. Fix bug related to empty graph in Analytics Dashboard, when changes are applied to services/hosts.
For NetEye 4.8 we updated:
- icingaweb2-module-slm to version 2.1.3-1
- icingaweb2-module-analytics to version 1.11.3-1
