Fixes the NetEye Analytics health check. Now the neteye check command does not return any error even if it is run on a node where the service icingaweb2 is not active.
Fixes the sidebar link, allowing to open in a new tab also submenu entries.
For NetEye 4.9 we updated:
- icingaweb2-module-analytics to versions 1.14.4-2
- icingaweb2 to version 2.7.3_neteye1.60.1-1
