NETEYE USER GROUP 2022… back again! #italianedition

The event of the year, the NetEye User Group, is back again, in presence!

The User group is not only a chance to inform our customers about new products and releases, but also an occasion to meet and exchange feedback and ideas.

This year’s NetEye User group took place in the beautiful city of Verona at the Crowne Plaza. The event was held in a very special location, the Winter Garden, which was inspired by the ancient “Winter Gardens”.

The day started with a speech from our Business Unit Manager, Georg Kostner, who addressed all the latest news regarding our Business Unit and in particular the vision for NetEye and for our Cyber Security solutions.

Massimo Giaimo, cyber security team leader, presented a roadmap for Satayo, our platform designed to check an organization’s exposure. Satayo anticipates attacks from cyber criminals.

This year we also had the great pleasure of being sponsored by our main partners: Atlassian and Elastic.

These partnerships mean a lot to us, because Atlassian’s and Elastic’s tools are integrated into our NetEye ecosystem. Therefore, it was crucial to have two representatives actively taking part in our user group with a presentation.

We are Atlassian’s Gold Partner and it was interesting to hear Simone Pancaldi, Channel Manager, speaking about the company’s news and its vision. Atlassian is an Australian company founded in 2002 that serves around 190+ countries, including 80% of the Fortune 500.

Riccardo Spadafora, solution architect at Elastic, also presented all the company news, especially focusing on security. We are an Elastic platinum partner and the tool is part of NetEye and of our Satayo platform.

After a delicious lunch offered at the Crowne Plaza, the afternoon continued with three case studies: Gruppo Save Spa, Fidia Pharma and Dolomiti Energia. Our customers each explained their experience with our solutions, but I don’t want to spoil things too much because we will share their interview soon…#staytuned

The day finished with a feedback session. This is an important part of the User group, since it’s our chance to see what our customers think about our services and identify what we can improve.
