Our new Service Desk Portal is based on the latest version of our IT-Service Management solution EriZone

Go to http://servicedesk.wuerth-phoenix.com from your preferred device and click on “Forgot password?”:

Enter your registered email address:

Click on the link you have received by mail (similar to http://servicedesk.wuerth-phoenix.com/otrs/customer.pl?Action=CustomerLostPassword;Token=XXXXXXXX)

You will get to a page similar to this:

And finally you will receive your password sent by mail, which allows you to login for the first time:

The simple interface of WÜRTHPHOENIX EriZone  allows you to manage all your requests:
