In diesem Post möchte ich Ihnen ein interessantes, neues Feature von EriZone (powered by OTRS) namens Ticket CC erklären. Ticket CC ermöglicht es, zusätzliche Empfänger zu den Nachrichten innerhalb eines Tickets hinzuzufügen und lässt somit die Benachrichtigung mehrerer, am einzelnen Ticket interessierter, Kunden und Agenten zu. (siehe Img. 1 – Img. 2)

Ihnen stehen zwei Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung:
Die erste Variante besteht darin alle neuen E-Mails und Notes eines Tickets als Kopie an einen oder mehrere ausgewählte Kunden und/oder Agenten zu verschicken. In diesem Fall werden für jeden neuen Beitrag alle Personen welche die Nachricht in Kopie erhalten sollen im Feld „CustomerCCEmail“ angezeigt. (siehe Img. 3 – Case 1)
Mit der zweiten Variante ist es möglich, durch die Verwendung des OTRS-Notification-Mechanismus, Benachrichtigungen an ausgewählte Agenten und Kunden in Kopie zu senden. In diesem Fall werden neue Empfänger (AgentCC und CustomerCC) im Administratorbereich der Benachrichtigungen definiert bzw. hinzugefügt oder entfernt. (siehe Img. 3 – Case 2)

Die Möglichkeit Ticket CC zu nutzen wird durch SysConfig Paramater konfiguriert (siehe Img. 4)
Durch das neue Feature ist es Ihnen nun möglich den Kreis der informierten Personen innerhalb eines Tickets zu erweitern, dies erleichtert die Zusammenarbeit und steigert die Transparenz.
