EriZone, che si basa su OTRS, possiede un set di nuove funzionalità volte ad integrare ed estendere le possibilità implementative offerte dalla soluzione. Una di queste nuove feature è il cosiddetto “Ticket CC”. Vi spiegherò brevemente di seguito come funziona e quali sono i suoi obbiettivi. Gli agenti e clienti EriZone sono ora in grado di selezionare attraverso gli omonimi portali web altri clienti con lo stesso “ID cliente” di quello del ticket ‘/o agente sulla coda selezionata che verrà utilizzato anche in tutto il flusso informativo del ticket stesso, note e email. Ci sono due diverse possibilità:
La prima consiste nell’invio di email in CC a clienti e/o agenti selezionati per tutte le nuove note che vengono inserite e per tutte le email inviate. In questo caso per ogni nuovo articolo vengono visualizzati anche i destinatari CC selezionati. (Img. 3 – Caso 1).
La seconda possibilità invece è quella di utilizzare il meccanismo di notifica di OTRS per l’invio di notifiche in CC ai clienti e agenti selezionati. In questo caso i nuovi destinatari sono definiti nell’area di amministrazione delle notifiche – AgentCC e CustomerCC (Img. 3 – Caso 2).

La possibilità di coinvolgere nuovi clienti e/o agenti nelle rispettive interfacce è configurabile attraverso i parametri SysConfig. (Img. 4)

La funzionalità “TicketCC” estende quindi il cerchio delle persone coinvolte, e offre la possibilità di informarle e tenerle aggiornate sulle discussioni sui vari ticket, in questo modo la collaborazione e trasparenza viene efficacemente migliorata.
