New Version of EriZone (3.1.7)

New version of EriZone (3.1.7) is now available for the download:

The new version contains the following enhancements:

  • Dynamic fields runtime positioning
  • Parameter ExcludedCustomerIDs to limit customer in CC selection
  • Hide/show dashboard sidebar
  • Datawarehouse fields (Ticket origin, category external code, category full structure)
  • Datepicker in customer interface for date/datetime fields
  • Generic Queue dashlet to view tickets in readonly queues
  • Queue manager property
  • Scheduled email report (to queue manager) for unmanaged ticket by queue
  • Service manager property
  • Bar color in new phone
  • Search function in Admin Dynamic Fields
  • Import category official script

Additionally the following fixes were made:

  • Various minor bugfix on Access Management
  • Backup procedure
  • Improve Italian translation
  • Process ticket screen layout
  • Time field not correctly displayed
  • Customer new ticket interface layout
  • Advanced split when login contains “@”
  • DropdownFromDB fields for possible empty values
  • RemoteDB fields quote escape
  • Notification on CC events
  • Default services when service by companies flag active

UPGRADING PROCEDURE

The upgrading procedure must be made STRICTLY with the following sequence (by clicking the items listed in the ACTION column)

Mandatory:

  1. EriZone
  2. EriZoneCore (new fix released on 11.02.2015)
  3. EriZoneServiceDeskEnhancement (new fix released on 11.02.2015)
  4. EriZoneAccessManagement
Optional:
  1. EriZoneInterfaces [for CMDB population: GLPI and OCS interfaces available]
  2. ITSM-CIattributeCollection
  3. EriZoneNetEyeIntegration [if a NetEye is installed and available]
  4. EriZoneDeveloper [Do not install!]

Please follow these rules during the upgrade/install procedure:

  • Contact our support team if you do not feel comfortable on any operation net.support@wuerth-phoenix.com or https://erizone.wuerth-phoenix.com
  • The packages must be installed in sequence and individually
  • The system may take longer or shorter times for each action / package so please be patient
  • Action buttons must be clicked only once for the success of the operations
